Design and construction of a modernist house (3000 sq ft) straddling a high ridgeline to take advantage of the 280 degree sea views. The design brought together a clear spatial experience by the use of natural light and form of structure. The dramatic changes of levels in the landscape provided the use of cantilevered decked areas whilst the additional architectural planting helped to soften the structure into its natural landscape.
